1. Service provider

2. Service description
Raid Helper is a Discord bot and web dashboard for organizing events, signups, presets, refunds, VOD/POV, settlements and automations for Discord servers.
3. Free and Premium
The Free plan allows events up to 5 players. Premium costs 19.99 zl per month per server and unlocks Premium modules and higher limits.
4. Payments and cancellation
Online payments are not enabled yet. Until a payment provider is launched, Premium may be activated manually by the service administrator. Cancellation and refund rules must be completed before publication.
5. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, no maintenance windows or no incidents related to Discord API availability.
6. User responsibility
The Discord server administrator is responsible for correct channel, role and bot permission configuration and for content entered by server members.
7. Complaints and contact

8. Changes to terms
The provider may update these terms for technical, legal or organizational reasons. The user notification process must be completed before publication.
