The penalty fires when a member reaches that number of active warnings.

Duration applies to timeout and temporary ban. 0 on a ban means permanent.

The panel shows the rules, the penalty table and everyone with active warnings together with the reasons. It refreshes itself after every warning given or removed.

Candidates apply with a button on the panel and you review them in a separate channel: invite to an interview, accept, reject, or blacklist. The bot grants roles on acceptance and cleans up the channels itself.

🔎 Automatic name check▾

When an application is submitted the bot puts the applicant name into the address below and checks whether the page knows it. The verdict lands on the application card in the review channel — the decision is still yours. If the page does not answer, the application goes through with a note that the check failed.

Unchecked (recommended) = the application always reaches review and the verdict is only a note. An unreachable page never blocks an applicant.

📜 Rules to accept▾

After an application is accepted the bot sends the applicant the rules in a direct message with a green “I accept” button. Roles are granted only after they click it. If their DMs are closed the roles go out immediately and you are told about it.

Its text is used only with the “From an Embed Information message” option. Regardless of the text source, if the selected Embed has an active confirmation button, accepting the rules in DM automatically counts in its statistics.

Saving automatically publishes or refreshes the panel in the selected channel. The publish button remains as a manual fallback; later publishes overwrite the same message.

The panel arrives in a DM from the bot. It can rename the room, set a user limit, lock/unlock it, add a specific person, or delete it. If the user blocks DMs, the room is still created — only the panel is skipped.

The bot needs Manage Channels and Move Members permissions. For the owner panel, users must also be able to receive direct messages from the bot.

A small session organiser for everything that is not your main PVE/PVP calendar. A member clicks “Create content”, picks a game, gives a name, a time and a number of slots — the bot opens a forum thread, keeps the sign-up list, handles the reserves and reminds everyone before the start. Off by default: turn it on only if you actually play something else too.
