Raid Helper Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026.

1. Service overview

Raid Helper is a Discord bot and web dashboard available at raidhelper.pl. The service helps Discord server administrators organize events, signups, roles, presets, refunds, VOD/POV, settlements, automations and optional game integrations.

Raid Helper is not a product of Discord Inc. and is not officially affiliated with Discord Inc. Use of Discord, Discord payments and Discord features is also governed by Discord's terms, paid services terms, developer policies and other Discord policies.

These terms are made available on this page free of charge in a way that allows users to obtain, reproduce and store them using a web browser.

2. Definitions

3. Technical requirements

Using the service requires a Discord account, a Discord server, a web browser supporting HTTPS and session cookies, Discord OAuth login capability and appropriate bot permissions on the server.

The server administrator is responsible for granting the bot permissions required to send messages, create and manage threads, read channel/role configuration and perform the functions enabled in the dashboard.

Using electronic services involves typical internet risks, such as network failures, phishing attacks, malware, Discord account takeover or incorrect permission configuration. Users should use up-to-date software, strong passwords, Discord multi-factor authentication and never share tokens or access credentials.

4. Dashboard access and contract formation

Dashboard access requires Discord OAuth login. A user can only see Discord servers where they have the required administrative permissions and where the bot is installed.

The Free service contract is formed when the user starts using the bot or dashboard. Premium access starts after the active payment provider confirms the purchase and access is assigned to the relevant Discord server. At present, this is done through the relevant Discord entitlement/subscription.

The person configuring the bot confirms that they may act on behalf of the Discord server and will inform server members about bot usage where required by law or server rules.

5. Server configuration

The Discord server administrator is responsible for correctly configuring channels, roles, bot permissions, modules, language, timezone, game profile, signup fields and event settings.

If a module is enabled but a required channel, role or permission is not configured, the feature may not work or the bot may return a configuration error.

6. Operator and contact

The service operator is Mateusz Szerenos, operating as an unregistered small business activity under Polish law.

Operational, complaint and legal contact: admin@raidhelper.pl. Phone: +48 512 597 220. Support server: discord.gg/EycgNrW54t.

Correspondence address for formal matters: 15-337 Białystok, ul. Pułaskiego 115/17, Poland.

7. Free and Premium plans

The Free plan allows use of the core bot features and events up to 10 players. Premium unlocks features marked as Premium, including higher and configurable event limits, presets, refunds, settlements, VOD/POV, automations, battle notifications and selected customization settings.

Premium is assigned to a specific Discord server. Purchasing Premium does not automatically enable every module; modules still need to be enabled in that server's dashboard.

8. Premium payments and payment providers

Premium payments are processed through Discord Monetization / Discord App Subscriptions or Stripe Checkout. Raid Helper does not process card numbers, billing credentials or full user payment details.

The price shown by Discord, taxes, currency, renewals, subscription cancellation and possible refunds are handled by Discord under Discord's policies. raidhelper.pl may show a marketing price, but the final purchase terms are shown in the Discord interface.

Premium access is granted based on an active Discord entitlement/subscription for the relevant Premium product. If the Discord entitlement ends, is cancelled, expires or is revoked, Premium features may be disabled.

Premium can be purchased through Discord or Stripe. In Stripe, the monthly plan is an automatically renewing subscription; the 3, 6, 12-month and Lifetime packages are one-time payments. The price, currency, duration and total amount are shown before checkout.

Before starting Stripe Checkout, the purchaser selects a Discord server they manage and accepts the Terms and Privacy Policy. The Premium digital service is delivered to that server promptly after Stripe confirms payment.

Returning from Stripe is not payment proof and does not activate Premium. Raid Helper activates or renews access only from a verified, signed Stripe webhook. Activation confirmation may be sent to the e-mail address supplied in Stripe Checkout.

9. Cancellation, withdrawal, refunds and payment complaints

A monthly subscription must be cancelled with the provider used for purchase: through Discord or through the Stripe customer portal available in the server dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access may remain active until the paid period ends.

Premium is a digital service activated immediately after the active payment provider confirms the purchase and access is assigned to the server. From that moment, the server can use Premium features immediately.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the published purchase flow, the user may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge its effect on withdrawal rights. If that consent and acknowledgement are effective, this does not limit any rights which cannot be excluded under law.

Refunds, cancellations and payment complaints concerning the payment itself are handled under the rules of the provider used for that purchase and applicable law. For current Discord purchases, the Discord Refund Policy and Discord Paid Services Terms apply. If a payment is refunded or reversed, Raid Helper may disable Premium for the relevant server.

If a user has mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights or mandatory rights for digital services, these terms do not limit them. The procedure for a specific purchase will be stated in that payment provider's published flow.

For technical issues with the bot or dashboard, contact admin@raidhelper.pl. Service complaints are reviewed within 14 days after receipt.

If the complaint concerns the transaction itself, payment method, charge or refund, the user may be referred to the provider used for that purchase: Discord or Stripe.

10. Acceptable use and user content

The user must not use the service to violate law, Discord's terms, spam, bypass technical restrictions, attack infrastructure, obtain unauthorized access or publish unlawful content.

The user is responsible for content entered into the bot and dashboard, including event names, descriptions, links, notes, configurations and materials submitted to a Discord server. The user should have rights to content configured or published through Raid Helper.

To the extent needed to operate the service, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive right to technically process, store and display content in the bot, dashboard and related modules.

11. Access blocking and data deletion

The operator may limit, suspend or block access to the service if necessary for security, legal compliance, protecting other users, stopping abuse, complying with Discord decisions or protecting infrastructure.

Free plan usage may be ended by removing the bot from the Discord server. Current Premium subscriptions must be cancelled through Discord; any future purchase through another provider will include the appropriate cancellation instructions. Removing the bot from a Discord server does not always immediately delete all historical data. An authorized server administrator may request data deletion using the contact address stated in these terms.

12. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. The operator works to keep Raid Helper stable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, absence of maintenance windows or absence of issues caused by Discord API, hosting, network, the active payment provider or external integrations.

The operator is not responsible for organizational decisions of Discord server administrators, content entered by users, conflicts on servers or consequences of incorrect channel, role or permission configuration.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

The Raid Helper name, dashboard elements, code, interface layout, texts and graphics belong to the operator or are used under appropriate rights. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights in the service to the user.

14. Personal data

Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy. The server administrator should ensure that bot usage on their server complies with server rules and applicable rules concerning community member data.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under the law of the consumer's country of residence.

A consumer may use help from a competent local consumer ombudsman, consumer organizations or other available alternative dispute resolution methods where applicable.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed for technical, legal, organizational or security reasons or due to changes in Discord API, Discord Monetization, active payment providers or service features. The current version is always available on this page.

Changes do not limit acquired consumer rights to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
